Returns and Refund policy

We do not give refunds for downloaded digital products.  If you need assistance with downloading, please contact the Bookfunnel email in your confirmation email, or drop us a line at  hello@CozyAndSweet.com. We want to help you get the book you'll love!

Upon delivery of a shipped/mailed item, inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Orders may be returned within 30 days with prior approval. PLEASE NOTE: Signed Autographed and Final Sale items may not be returned for any reason. To begin the return process, please contact us at hello@cozyandsweet.com and include the following:

Subject Line should read:  Returns

Body of the email should include: Your Name, order number and the reason for the return.

Our returns team will then contact you with instructions for your return.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returned items must be in new and unused condition; with all labels and tags attached. Returned items not in like-new condition will not be eligible for return.

It is strongly recommended that your return has tracking in order to track your return with the return carrier. We are not responsible for returns until they are authorized for return and received at our return address.

Upon successful return and refund approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to customer's original payment method within 3-5 business days excluding federal holidays.  Your refund credit to your payment method will be determined by your payment processor's processing timeframe after a refund is initiated.
